This Cookie Policy explains how WaveBump uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies when you use the Service. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

We only describe technologies that WaveBump currently uses or may reasonably use to operate authentication, security, preferences, and first-party product analytics. We do not claim to run advertising networks or unrelated trackers that are not part of the Service.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels or scripts that store or read identifiers needed for the Service to function.

WaveBump uses these technologies to:

• keep you signed in and restore sessions across page loads
• remember Workspace selection and related interface state
• support security controls and abuse prevention
• store certain client-side preferences and promo recipient session helpers
• measure product usage needed to operate and improve WaveBump features

Essential

Required for core functionality such as authentication cookies (for example access and refresh token mirrors used for same-origin session continuity), security, load balancing, and Workspace context needed to route requests correctly. The Service cannot operate properly without these.

Preferences

Remember choices such as UI state, Workspace selection, or similar non-essential convenience settings that improve your experience but are not strictly required for basic sign-in.

Analytics (first-party)

Help us understand how features are used — for example campaign engagement metrics and product diagnostics generated by WaveBump. These are used to operate and improve the Service, not to sell advertising profiles.

Future or optional technologies

If WaveBump later introduces optional non-essential technologies that require consent in your region, we will update this Policy and provide appropriate controls before enabling them.

WaveBump also uses browser local storage (and similar client storage) for items such as auth tokens, session identifiers, Workspace preferences, and certain promo or Discovery client helpers. Clearing site data in your browser will remove these values and may sign you out or reset preferences.

Payment providers, email infrastructure, and hosting providers may set their own cookies when you interact with their services (for example during checkout). Those technologies are governed by the third party’s policies. WaveBump Smart Links may send users to third-party music platforms that use their own cookies once you leave WaveBump.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, parts of WaveBump may not work. You can also sign out to end authenticated sessions and clear site data through your browser settings.

Where consent is required for non-essential cookies under applicable law, WaveBump will request consent before setting those cookies.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our technology changes. The version and dates at the top of this page identify the current policy.
